VINIYOGA HOME STUDY

Relax into learning or reviewing the art and science of viniyoga from the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Mirka Kraftsow uses a compassionate and supportive style of teaching to help you deepen your understanding on an intellectual level, while also evolving your own personal practice. The course is based on Part I of Gary Kraftsow’s book, Yoga for Wellness.

This course spans 13 weeks, including 10 weeks of sessions and 3 integration weeks without sessions. Simply call a teleconference number to participate in classes. Classes are also recorded if you can't make the session or you want to listen to them again. Call recordings will be made available weekly on mp3 to course participants. An online discussion forum and group support site allows you to post questions and stay in touch with others in the class.
